Paying per member or per month

With ClubBalans you pay €3 per member per year, including VAT, with everything included: every feature, unlimited users and support. When your club grows, you buy extra places for the rest of the year. Conscribo works with a fixed monthly amount per package, with a limit on the number of members. Canteen, credit and stock

ClubBalans is made with the canteen in mind: revenue per cash register, cash counts with cash differences, member credit to pay at the bar and stock counts that show the margin of the bar. Read more about canteen, credit and stock.

Bookkeeping without the jargon

You book on categories such as membership fees or canteen purchases, and ClubBalans adds the counter-entry itself. Payments on the bank statement close the invoice, and for the audit committee you download one package with all bookings, invoices and receipts. Every change is in the change log.

When Conscribo suits you better

If you want to send newsletters and email campaigns to your members from the same package, Conscribo offers that and ClubBalans does not. If it is about the membership fees, the canteen and books that add up, try ClubBalans free for 30 days or look around in the demo club.

Which is cheaper, ClubBalans or Conscribo? +

That depends on the number of members. ClubBalans costs €3 per member per year including VAT, Conscribo a fixed amount per month excluding VAT. Work it out for your own club with the price calculator on our pricing page.

Can I switch from Conscribo to ClubBalans? +

Yes. You export your member list as an Excel or CSV file and import it into ClubBalans. Then you enter the opening balance with the open invoices and import this year's bank statements.

Can I send newsletters from ClubBalans? +

No. ClubBalans focuses on the members, the membership fees and the bookkeeping. Invoices and reminders go out by email; for newsletters you use a separate service.
