Would you like members to pay with a payment request, or collect membership fees by direct debit? That is optionally possible through our partner SitePack Payments. Transaction costs apply for these payments, on top of the price per member.
Questions about pricing
Do I need to enter payment details for the trial? +
No. You try ClubBalans for 14 days with all features, without payment details. Afterwards an administrator chooses the number of members and starts a subscription year.
Which members count? +
Every member with a membership that has not ended takes a place, including members whose membership starts in the future. Former members do not count.
What if my club grows during the year? +
You buy extra places in steps of 5. You only pay for the rest of the current subscription year, in proportion to the days that are left.
How does renewal work? +
At the end of the year the subscription is renewed automatically for the number of active members, rounded up to a step of 5. You can switch automatic renewal off on the subscription page.
Are there extra costs for users or features? +
No. All features and any number of users are included in the price per member. Only if you choose to use payment requests or direct debit, transaction costs apply.
