What we do for you
We take over the work of the treasurer, from the first booking to the annual accounts:
- Bank and cash: we process the bank statements, match payments with the right invoices and book the cash and the canteen.
- Invoices: we book the incoming invoices of suppliers and keep track of what still needs to be paid.
- Membership fees: if you like, we send the membership fee invoices and the reminders to members who have not paid yet.
- Interim overview: the board sees at any moment how the club is doing, also compared with the budget.
- Year-end closing and annual accounts: we close the financial year and prepare the annual accounts, with balance sheet, profit and loss and notes, and the package for the audit committee.
Outsource the member administration too
Would you like to hand over the member administration as well? That is possible. We process new members, cancellations and changes, keep the memberships up to date and make sure everyone has the right membership type, so the membership fees are always right. You send us the changes, or members pass them on to a fixed address, and the board follows the current member list in ClubBalans. Read more about the member administration.
What the club does itself
You stay in charge. The board decides and makes the payments, and sends us the receipts and invoices. That is easiest by uploading them in ClubBalans with the booking. Because everything is in ClubBalans, the board can always look along.
What it costs
You outsource the bookkeeping from €50 per month. The price depends on the size and activity of your administration: the number of members and bank transactions, whether there is a canteen with cash and stock, and whether we also collect the membership fees and manage the members. Ask for a quote below and you get a tailored price in advance.
Always ready for the audit committee
The audit committee checks the bookings in ClubBalans itself, with the receipts attached, or gets the complete package from us. Every change is recorded in the change log, so you can always see who did what. Read more about reports and the audit committee.
