Members and contributions
Residents who are members, donors and supporting companies each get their own kind of membership with its own contribution. With one click you invoice them all by email, and one overview shows who has already paid. Read more about membership fees and invoices.
The street party and the sales in the community centre
After a party or a coffee morning you enter the sales on one screen with day sales, paid by card or in cash. The money in the register, and what you take to the bank, you book once. Read more about bank and cash.
Subsidy and budget
Make a budget per category, for example the neighbourhood party, the upkeep of the community centre and the insurance, and compare it with the actual figures all year round. You account for a subsidy from the municipality without calculating afterwards. Read more about bookkeeping.
A board of volunteers
Every board member gets a user of their own with a role, and logging in takes two steps. The change log shows who changed what and when, also when the board changes. The balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the annual accounts are ready at any moment, and the audit committee gets one package with all bookings, invoices and receipts. Read more about reports and audit committee.
