The cash and the bar
Every cash register has its own cash book. After an evening with a bar you enter all sales on one screen with day sales, paid by card, credit or cash. You count the cash afterwards, and ClubBalans books a difference as a cash difference, so the money always adds up. Money that goes from the cash to the bank you book once. Read more about bank and cash.
A pot for every member
Members put credit on their account with cash at the register, or by paying an invoice. A round or a bar sale comes off the credit, and you see the credit of every member in one overview. Read more about credit and in the guide how to manage the credit of your members.
Membership fees and outings
You invoice the membership fee in one go by email, and whoever does not pay gets a reminder. An outing, a dinner or a club shirt you settle with a separate invoice per participant, or off the credit. Read more about membership fees and invoices.
Keep your members informed
Divide your members into groups, for example per team or committee, and send an email to one or more groups at once, such as the invitation for the next drinks. An address never gets the email twice. Read the guide how to send an email to your members.
Accountability to the members
The balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the annual accounts are ready at any moment for the annual meeting. The audit committee gets one package with all bookings, invoices and receipts, and a new treasurer picks up where the previous one stopped. Read more about reports and audit committee.
What it costs
