Log in with a link, no password
On the login page of your club a visitor chooses Member login or Board login. A member enters their email address and receives a link. One click on Log in and they are in. The link works once and is valid for 30 minutes, so a forwarded or old email is of no use to anyone.
Members who share an email address, such as the parents of a young member, get one link per member in the same email.
What members see
- Overview: the memberships with start and end date, the groups, and the invoices that are still open.
- Invoices: every invoice and credit note with its status and what is still to pay, and the PDF of the invoice.
- Credit: the balance of the member credit and every top-up and spend that led to it.
Pay an invoice online
If your club receives payments through SitePack Payments, an open invoice shows a Pay online button. The member pays with iDEAL or another method, and the invoice is settled and booked on its own. See membership fees and invoices for the whole process.
Members keep their own details up to date
A member changes their email address, phone number and address in the member area. That saves the member administrator a stream of emails after every move. Every change ends up in the change log, with the name of the member who made it. Names and memberships stay with the club: the page tells members to get in touch for that.
Two logins, each for its own group
Members and the board never share a login. The board keeps logging in with a password and a code, with the permissions per role of roles and security. A member has no access to the administration at all, not even by guessing a web address.
On by default, off with one switch
The member area is on for every club. Do you prefer not to use it? Switch it off under Settings and Miscellaneous, and the login page offers the board login only. How to set it up and what members see, step by step: the guide to the member area. Want to see it first? Open the demo, log out and choose Member login: in the demo you are logged in right away, without a link.
