The bar with credit and stock
Members put credit on their account with cash at the register, or by paying an invoice. A bar sale comes off the credit, and the sales of an evening you enter on one screen with day sales. The stock per kind goes down with every sale, and a count shows what has gone missing. Read more about credit and canteen, credit and stock.
New members every year
At the start of the year a new group joins. You import them from an Excel or CSV file and invoice the contribution in one go by email. Existing members stay, and a member who stops you end with an end date. Read the guide how to import members.
Study groups, committees and alumni
Divide members into groups, per study group or committee, and email or print the list per group. Alumni can stay on as donors with a contribution of their own. A former member who has stopped does not take a place in your subscription; a donor with a running membership does.
A board that changes every year
Every board member gets a user of their own with a role, and a new board changes them. The change log shows who changed what and when, and after the annual meeting you close the financial year. The audit committee gets one package with all bookings, invoices and receipts. Read more about roles and permissions and the guide how to close the financial year.
What it costs
